RETURN POLICY

It is very important to us that you are happy with your Überolo purchase and love it from the moment you open up the package. However, if for any reason at all, you want to return your item, no worries! We would be happy to refund your purchase with no questions asked, just return your item unworn/unused in it's original packaging. The following Return Rules listed below apply to all returns.

Return Rules:
  • Returns of full-price and sale merchandise must be made within 14 days of your order shipping date.
  • For eligible returns within the United States, a pre-paid return label is provided. Once the return is received, a return shipping charge of $12.00 will be deducted from any refund.
  • Final Sale items and International orders may not be returned.
  • Products must be unused, unworn and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached. All original packaging must be completely intact.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Receiving Credit for Your Return:
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. A return shipping charge of $12.00 will be deducted from the refund.
  • Sorry, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:

In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact us at (561) 762-1323.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Standard Return Shipping:
    1. Please pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please also include all paperwork and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive full credit.
    2. Sorry, shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
    3. Any final sale items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
    4. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
    5. Please attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the package and drop off at any UPS drop off location.
    6. Note the tracking number from your return to ensure that the package arrives at our warehouse.
    7. You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 7 days of our receiving your return.
    8. You will receive an email confirming the return has been processed, and a credit has been issued. It may take up to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to your account.
